Haven't had chance to practice anything yet but will be going to buy all the impalements this week. Until then I have banned my partner from eating the cakes so I can look at them in awe.

I really enjoyed my wheat free tier as it was very moist. I can thank your excellent baking skills for that as I know they are difficult to make.
